The location in the Old Quarter was convenient for exploring, though it was a bit noisy at times, especially with the motorbikes. The staff, particularly Mr. David and Anne, went above and beyond to assist me during my stay, ensuring I had a great time, although the Ha Long Bay tour could use some improvement.
